• Top-ups add balance to your DriveZ account. Balance is non-withdrawable and can't be converted back to money.
• Purchases of digital products (priority queue, in-game items) are final once delivered or started, except where a refund is required by law.
• If a purchase failed or you were charged but didn't receive your balance, contact us within 14 days with your SteamID64 and payment details — we'll fix it or refund the payment.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us first may lead to account suspension.
