These terms apply to the DriveZ website and the DriveZ DayZ server ("DriveZ", "we"). DriveZ is operated by [OWNER NAME / FOP DETAILS, REGISTRATION NUMBER, ADDRESS]. Contact: [EMAIL].

1. Accounts

• You sign in with your Steam account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must follow the server rules. We may suspend or ban accounts that break them.

2. Balance and purchases

• Your balance is stored in US dollars and can only be spent on products in the DriveZ store.
• Balance cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money.
• Products are digital: priority queue access and in-game items. Nothing in the store gives a gameplay advantage.
• Priority queue access starts on purchase and run for the number of months you bought. Buying again extends the current period.
• In-game items are delivered to your account and claimed in game. Items lost in game (death, raid, wipe, despawn) are not replaced.

3. Server changes and wipes

The server, its mods, rules and economy may change, be wiped or be shut down. Server wipes don't entitle you to a refund. If DriveZ shuts down permanently, unused time-limited products may be handled as described in the Refund Policy.

4. Bans

If you are banned for breaking the rules, purchased products are forfeited.

5. Affiliation

DriveZ is a community server and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bohemia Interactive. DayZ is a trademark of Bohemia Interactive a.s.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced on the website and Discord.
